I have ferried over a dozen small aircraft to and from Alaska to the lower 48
As a US Army Warrant Officer I flew Otters, Birddogs, Beavers, and Twin Bonanzas, including one year in Vietnam. After release from active duty in the Army, I flew cloud seeding, crop dusting, small corporate jets and turboprops, and finally airlines for the last 30 years of my professional career. Since retiring I have been joyfully boring holes in the skies of Alaska burning 4.5 gallons an hour in my Aerotrek A220.

I set up this web site mainly to showcase my wonderful Aerotrek A220, and the beautiful state of Alaska. My A220 is equipped with the 100 HP Rotax 912ULS, DUC ground adjustable propeller, and 26" Airstreak tires. It has landed on river banks, gravel bars, and short unimproved strips all over Alaska. The Aerotrek A220 & A240 are factory built in the Czech Republic and the quality of workmanship is simply amazing. In over 50 years of flying and aircraft ownership I have never enjoyed an aircraft more.
